diffrent color change name/tittle against post

Hi,
Is there a solution or a file were i can go to and change or add some code, to change some colors?
Add the moment when you choose for example the color for the name/title in the bar above its for example white
and the post of the people is also white.
I would like to keep the name in the bar white, BUT the post that they made i want it into another color.
Can you pls tell me how or direct me to the problem with the right code?
