Hi Jan,
first of all thanks for your great job, which allowed my client to have a great functional website for 2 years.
We discovered that some items aren't downloadable through Phocadownload EXCLUSIVELY in Chrome (FF and IE work).
It loads a bit and after it says webpage not available.
Do you have any clue?
Many thanks
Rod

Hi, no

if there will be some problem then maybe somewhere between server and browser but what exactly can be wrong, really hard to say, this should be somehow discovered on the server - Phoca Download gives information from server to user's browser but then the download is working between browser and server

Thanks Jan,
do you think with browser future updates things will get better?
Also, may I paste here one of the not working links so you can see what's happening if it's not too much hassle?

Hi Jan,
this is the link of an example of a product page electrocleaning.com/i-prodotti/ambiente/item/42-jontec-eternum
and if you click on the first PDF it basically says that the file is damaged when I try to open it

Hi, I see, I have displayed the file in text editor but see that the header is OK, the problem is the file is cut, so this seems like some server limit,

(there can be problems with system plugins which can somehow damage the PDF headers, but here the PDF header is OK

- meteor_millenium_ul s.t.pdf )
