code in article: slideshow works, but no pictures

Hello,

I know that this has been asked quite often, but although I worked myself through the posts I couldn't find my mistake.

I installed and activated the following plugins and modules:
Phoca Gallery Image Module (3.2.0) , Phoca Gallery Slideshow Noob (1.0.5)
Phoca Gallery Slideshow Plugin (3.2.0), Phoca Gallery Plugin (3.2.0), Phoca Gallery Simple Plugin (3.1.2), Phoca Gallery Button Plugin (3.0.1)

I also created a menu for the Gallery (setting: Phocagallery Category View, Registered).(Joomla 2.5.11)

When I try to use the button for Phoca Gallery in an article I can choose between: categories, many pictures, many picture with small pictures below, one picture and slideshow. But the only thing that works is the slideshow, otherwise I only see the code in the article.

Does anyone have a hint for me?

Kindest regards

Hi,
Does anyone have a hint for me?
Yes, use current versions.
Phoca Gallery Plugin: http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... _3.2.6.zip
Phoca Gallery Image Module:http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... v3.2.3.zip
Which Phoca Gallery version do you use??

BTW. The current Joomla! version is 2.5.19

Kind regards,
Benno

Dear Benno,

thank you for the information. My Joomla didn't show any updates. After clearing the cache I tried again but it didn't work (couldn't connect to joomla core and phoca gallery) so I tried to update manually. Worked for Joomla (Version is now 2.5.19), but the updates for the Phoca Gallery didn't work (site with your links didn't open, on Phoca page the same). Guess I shouldn't have tried on a sunday. :-)
Will try again tomorrow and give report.

Kindest regards

P.S.: On my Joomla2Go Testversion the Gallery is able to insert one picture and several pictures, only has problems with category and several pictures with small ones below.

Dear Benno,

thank you very much for looking at my problem. Only found the time to try the button in an article today. I tried the link yesterday and it worked.? So I updated manually to 3.2.7 and looking for updates was possible from phocagallery although my Joomla said

Update: :Extension: „/extension.xml“ kann nicht geöffnet werden!
Update: :Extension: „https://joomweb.de/updates/phoca/galler ...

Nevertheless your idea with the gallery plugin was quite right. After testing it in an article today which still didn't work, I took a look at the slideshow plugin settings to compare. And now I have have to say sorry  because of my stupidity. I put the Gallery Plugin on registered, so my colleagues wouldn't be able to change settings, but I didn't think that setting the plugin on registered would have influence on the frontend. :x
So I'm very sorry to have taken your time with a problem I caused myself, but I'm very thankful for your help. Thanks a lot!

Kindest regards

P.S.: I think you can set the thread as solved
