Dwonload link opens the MP4 file instead of downloading it

I have several files. PSF & mp4. The PDF's are downloading fine, but pressing Download link on a MP4 opens the file instead of downloading it. Any hints?

Hi, I see, this is really strange. Try to ask your webhosting provider if there are no limits or settings to somehow skip downloading mp4 ... if other documents normally work then really no idea why the mp4 not
... Testing on my test servers and the mp4 behaves like other types

Just want to tell the solution. MIME of IIS 7.0 for mp4 was video/mp4 which leads browsers to run the content if they have the corresponding plugin. Setting the MIME type to appölication/octet-stream resolved the problem.
