Pleasae help!!!!

I want to change some pictures in Phoca Gallery. But when i upload the Pics., there are no images, just the title

the images are shown in Media but not in the Gallery

what should i do?

Which Joomla! version & which Phoca Gallery version do you use?
Check if 'Thumbnail Creation' is enabled in Phoca Gallery Options.
