Dear Sirs

We are having a major problem.
The pocha guestbook is crashed on our website.
We can't access our post from the backend joomla! and it is also showing a database error from the front end.

FRONT END

This is the message we see on the back end when we try to access the posts:

500 - An error has occurred.
Table './hairbam5_hairbyj/zxrl5_phocaguestbook_items' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL=

Please can you help us to fix this?

Hi, I think, you need to ask your webhosting provider - when a table is crashed in database, then seems like some problem occurred in the database (damaged file, or items in file, etc.) The database needs to be corrected or e.g. newly created and tables imported from backup
