HI there,
I am needing private client galleries that can be accessed by log in.
Question:Is there a way to set this up so that when the client logs in they will ONLY see their gallery folder?
(At the moment I have set up multiple client galleries with an 'Access Level' of 'Registered', but when they log in they see the other client gallery folders aswell, which have padlocks on them, and they can enter into their own gallery)

I understand there is the 'Access Level' which is determined by the default Joomla groups and then there is 'Access Rights' which allows the user to view content of the gallery.

I am needing the user to only see their gallery folder when they log in.

I was previously using ZOOM media Gallery which does this perfectly but has been discontinued since Joomla 1.0.
During the gallery creation process of Zoom Gallery, I was able to allocate 'members' (which offered the choice of the joomla default user groups PLUS individual users) By doing this, it allowed for users to only see their gallery folder once logged in. (I can send you a screen dump of that if you like)

Is there any way this can be achieved with Phoca Gallery?

Hi, in Phoca Gallery, you can set access rights for categories:

- for groups (you have described)
- for each user (you can select each user for each category)
