Watermark on Phoca Gallery

Hello!
I'm a new user of Phoca Gallery and I want to add a watermark on my photos because my firm has had problem with people who have stolen our pictures.
I have read the tutorial about this question but I have one problem I can't pass.
I don't really understand where I must put the folder with my "watermark" in the backend of my site. I have put it in the folder of my administration panel on image/phocagallery as said in the tutorial but do I also must put it in the Phoca Gallery menu, where you can put images?
I don't know if I'm really clear, I'm really a beginner with this programm and it's a bit difficult to explain in english.
