phoca wallpaper : what is it ?

hallo,
what is exactly phoca wallpaper ?
i have seen the demo but it looks like a whole website or a whole template, not a module or an article.
how do we download and install it ?
how do we make a menu item "galeries" which points to this "page" with a wall paper directing to all my phoca galeries "animals", "flowers",... and on this page how do we keep the main menu on left or a home link to come back to home.. ?
