I created a category in Phoca Gallery 3.2.6, which I want to use to store my photos in. I want the source of my photos to be two fold.

1) I uploaded photos from my PC into the category - It generated thumbnails and showed me I had 85 photos which I could view.
2) I then added a Facebook User id and Album and imported my photos from facebook.

The Photos from facebook imported successfully, but they appear to have removed my 85 photos in the process. This I dont want because I want 1 album (category) showing all pictures.

Could you please advise me how I setup my category, so the existing photos are not lost?

Also, I have noted that the Facebook photos dont seem to be stored in the filesystem folder I created - could you please advise where they are stored?

Hi, when the category is a facebook or picasa category then it cannot include any other pictures as while updating (importing) whole category will be synchronized with the images on facebook or picasa - and if you use own images and such cannot be found on picasa or facebook, they will be deleted then.

So you need to store the images in other category.

Hi, this is the feature of this function, to store images on external server, to not have them on the server - the images from facebook or picasa are not stored on your server, they are directly displayed from the above mentioned services.
