File Preview - Modal Box displays twice

Hi,
I have enabled the file preview for some of my files in my Phoca Download instance, however when I go to test it, it displays 2 modal boxes on top of each other, I have switched to 'popup boxes' and these work fine - however this isn't what I want.
I am using Joomla 3.1.
