pop up window from site comes up blank

Hello,
First time user of Phoca Gallery, by the way, thank you so much for all you guys do!
I have a simple question, I can't find answer to or I'm just looking on the wrong place, I created a new site, downloaded Phoca Gallery, created the first category and uploaded an image. When browsing to the site and click to view the image, the pop up window comes up, but it is blank. I tried from multiple different PCs and web browsers, they all do the same. I just receive a blank pop up window, some show the links to go next, back others just an empty link but that is all I get.
I tried removing and reinstalling Phoca Gallery, but the result is the same. Can you please advise as to what I need to do to resolve this issue?
By the way, I'm using Joomla 2.5 and corresponding Phoca Gallery with it.
