Hola,
El problema esta en que no me permite cargar o descargar ficheros Excel con macros = xlsm
Donde se le dan los permisos para este tipo de ficheros?

just set the mime types in:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Download --> Phoca Download Control Panel --> Options --> General -->
Allowed File Types (Download)={xlsm=application/vnd.ms-excel}
Allowed File Types (Upload)={xlsm=application/vnd.ms-excel}
Save & Close
