After upgrading my site to 2.5.9 I uploaded a new batch of images and the images will not show, I just see the image title and when I click for the larger view the image will not show, just the title. It doesn't look like a permission issue because the thumbnails that are working are set to the same permissions.

The phoca gallery extension is also up to date.

It was a permissions issue, the thumbnails that were created had a 640 setting and it should be 644.
