on clickyng a thumbail image: box pops up and wants to print

Hi!
This is my first post. I don't know if it's already been asked. I searched the forum, googled, tried a couple of things and i'm clueless, the problems persists. I don't klnow, what to do.

I upgrade a site with phocagallery from J1.5 to j2.5. I installed from scratch phocagallery, moved the old db and made the necessary changes in the new db. Rest assured: everything is fine.

The images are shown in frontend in thumbails (thanks to pg plugin).
When i used the template with beez2 and click on an image, a box pops up, everything normal.
But with my old template (which i pretty much updated), click on a image (and after dealing with some js errors), a box pops up and wants to prints.
In chrome, the same thing. But in ie8, works fine.

Perhaps has something with jquery and mootools. I use a plugin called Jquery uploader. It loads the version 1.7.1.min and noconflict function. But the issue remains the same.

Pls, help me! What am i missing?

Hi, unfortunatelly, there is no other way then to fix the conflicts between different javascript libraries but what exactly, this is hard to say :-(

thx for your reply.

I really don't understand. Why does it work under beez2 with the exact same configuration (modules, plugins, libraries, etc) as my old template?
Do the templates load somewhere different javascript libraries.
One time, i replaced the index.php of my old template with the one of beez2 and it didn't work either.

Hallo Jan,

Also, normal

The Problem happens only in FF , Chrome bzw. Chromium and Safari. One can conclude, it occurs only with Gecko and Webkit, b/C in IE (Trident) and Opera (Presto) works flawlessly.
Like I said, it's strange, with Beez2 works pretty much normal.

I solved it! To my shame, it was so easy!
For the new Template, i used Blank_Template. From there, i just copied over css and images and edited some files ((Overrides, index.php) and i totally forgot about component.php!
In case you don't know, it's used for printing and such w/o modules.
Remove "window.print()" or replace the file by the one in Beez2 and voila!
