Hello sir,

My problem is very problematical . I read a lot of document and asked more questions to every one and searched more but I could not solve my problem

I use phoca gallery 3.2.2, My joomla version is 2.5. I have about 50 categories and sub categories and a lot of photos, but recently when I add a new photo, It's not showing! no thumbnail, no image, but I can download it by click on download icon!

please help me, how I can fix it?


note: my joomla and phoca gallery are in Persian translated version

Hi, this means, the thumbnail was not created, possible reasons:

- problems with GD library
- automatically thumbnail creation is disabled
- you have no more permissions or ownership to write files on your server (the script)
- there is no place on your server, so no new thumbnails can be written
- or any other limit on the server
