phoca gallery login -- how to disable?

I have set the category to PUBLIC and, since the site does not require any login to view, no user has any username or password. How do I set phoca to never show the login form before displaying the images in the category? I never intend to let a public user upload, edit, or delete a photo. I want to reserve that level of permission to superadmin (me).
