Hi, I think it should be a question on Joomla! org forum. It is a question about how to install large components under Joomla!
Try to see all php settings (e.g. max upload size, max $_POST size, etc. these can limit the upload of the zip file, then try to check the zip function on the server, or some settings which can influence copying files (if the installation goes from directory) ... maybe there are some resctriction on the server
