Publish Pending is not working

I'm using the latest phoca gallery, I created a few categories. However, when I set up a time and date for publishing, the "publish pending" doesn't appear. It doesn't work, you can only publish or unpublish each category but you cannot set up a time/date to publish categories. I use this feature with other components and it works fine but it doesn't work with phoca gallery. Anyone having the same issue?
