[Feature Request] Filter for Categories

Hi,
An feature request - like you can filter images in the admin interface it would be great to have an filter on the categories too.
It would be great if I could filter on the categories tree to get only descendants of the current filter category.
It gets more and more difficult to work with >= 400 categories. display them in useable order, sort them and so on.
