I uploaded an image (100x100px-PNG), How do I make an avatar? The size is right?

User Control Panel Settings

Enable User Control Panel - it must be enabled to allow user work with UCP
Enable Avatar Uploading - yes|no
Enable Avatar Authorization - if yes, the avatar will be uploaded as not approved and must be approved by administrator

Did you approve the uploaded avatar in backend?
