I use Phoca Gallery to show images and youtube videos. But some videos are big files such as 500 mb. So the problem is that; I don't know if I save the traffic using Phoca to display youtube videos or not?

Hi, if somebody plays a youtube video on your site, in such case your server does not do the traffic.
