???, maybe there is some problem with ownership on your server, but if you have enabled the FTP layer there should not be a problem, because it is loaded by FTP
www/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/front/assets/images/icon-play.gif ... maybe the file was damaged while download ?, try to download the latest version again and try to install again ???
