after several uploads phoca importing white photo's

Hi al,
i have been inserting several photo's in my phoca gallery. ( that went perfect)
Now i trying to insert photo's again and it generates white photo's ( so no photo's are imported.)
Anyone know what is wrong ? because it is rather urgent ?
i set the total Maximum Size of all User's Images higher
photo's got uploaded on the website...
i am using version 2.8.1 for joomla 1.5
