Were do do I change setting so every body can write on guestbook?

I get this message: Only registered users may add new posts, please login

I can't find were to change the settings.

Hi, go to administrator - phoca guestbook - guestbooks (category), select the guestbook for editing and see the permissions tab - there change the access of guests to allowed.

I did change it but it keeps the same.
Dit refresh the site.

Go to your Joomla! administration - Components - Phoca Guestbook - Guestbooks. Add or edit current guestbook. In folder Category Permissions set Post Items for Public to Allowed.
