Hello, I have a little problem with the recording thumbnails of videos.
The videos are present in the file backoffice, and the DB when they are uploaded, but they do not appear on the front of my website and I do not understand why?

Hi, try to recreate thumbnails in administration - the video is there (if you click, you can see it in detail window) but maybe the thumbnail is missing.
