[function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file
Posted: 13 Dec 2012, 19:08
I am currently creating four websites, three of which are on sub-domains within the main sites root folder, which all have their own installs of Joomla 2.5, if you’re looking at the files via FTP. Anyway, I installed Phoca Gallery Component and Phoca Downloader Component on the site that is on the main root folder. I never downloaded the plugin. Then when I was working on one of the sub-domain sites (which is the only one out of the three sub-domain sites with the issue) and I went in to edit the installed template (JA Puresite-joomlart template April 2012) through the back end and I received this error:
Warning: require_once(/html/folder/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/loader.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /html/folder/plugins/content/phocagallery/phocagallery.php on line 20
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/html/folder/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/loader.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php') in /html/folder/plugins/content/phocagallery/phocagallery.php on line 20
But it seems to only happen when I’m trying to edit the template and doesn’t happen when I’m just navigating through the back end menus. Since I hadn’t even installed Phoca on this sub-domain I thought it was weirf that I would be getting an error message like this so I went to the site where I actually installed the two Phoca components to uninstall them since I wasn’t using them and I get the same error. In addition, upon uninstalling the components I saw a message to go to my images folder and delete the Phoca Gallery folder to delete all traces of the component, but there wasn’t such a folder. What I did find was that there was a folder called phocadownload and phocadownloadpap on my main root. Here’s what the folders look like if you’re viewing the via FTP:
Root (Main website) (w/ Joolma 2.5 installed)
-Site 1 (subsite) (sub-folder w/ Joomla 2.5 installed)
-Site 2 (subsite) (sub-folder w/ Joomla 2.5 installed)
-Site 3 (subsite) (sub-folder w/ Joomla 2.5 installed)-Site with the issue
I would appreciate it if someone can help me get rid of this issue. It’s totally weird because I don’t have any issues accessing any of the other sub-domain sites template settings which all have the same install of joomla and template.
Please help!
