no images on a side with different languages

Hello,
i have installed Phoca Gallery on a page with 3 languages.
Maybe you can tell me, how to put a category list in a different language.
So i made three categories, for each language one category, but there are
no images in it. Only in the german category i have the images!
So i made three menu items, in german, english and italy, but however -
only the german menu shows me the images.
So maybe it is important for you to know, that i work with joomla 2.5 and the newest
version of phoca gallery.
