Hi,

Is it possible to set up Phoca Gallery so that when eg. user1 creates a category in the frontend, that category is automatically enabled for a few users to upload/delete?

I don't mind to edit a little php/html.

Hi, not sure, which knowledges about Joomla! MVC you have.

the ucp:
components/com_phocagallery/views/user/ ... (there the form is rendered)
then the modules and controllers to control the form
components/com_phocagallery/models/ ...
components/com_phocagallery/controllers/ ...

there you can set the rights, etc.
