Image Description don't showing

Hi guys!
i need an important help!
i am using phoca gallery with Jak Lightbox.
I can't see the description wrote for the images, or better i can see it UNDER the image instead of the title, but i would like to see it OVER the image, like i did one time and look like wonderful!
Anyone can say to me why i can't see the image description over the image?
There is some settings that should be set?
