Hallo,

ich wollte heute im Backend meiner Homepage auf das Kontrollzentrum von Phoca Gästebuch zugreifen und erhielt folgende Fehlermeldung:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Woran kann das liegen? Ich bin Administrator der Seite und habe an der Installation nichts geändert. Einträge in das Gästebuch über die Homepage funktionieren einwandfrei?

Hmmm, this seems to be some problem on server (maybe htaccess), maybe some settings in Joomla! Try to see errorLog on your server, maybe there will be some information.

hmm i have the same problem but i recieve a 403/forbidden (Die Anfrage wurde mangels Berechtigung des Clients nicht durchgeführt. Prüfen Sie bitte die Dateirechte (CHOWN). Prüfen Sie bitte eventuell vorhandene .htaccess Dateien.)

in my error log i get this: [Sun Oct 07 06:26:54 2012] [error] [client xxx.xx.xxx.xx] File does not exist: /home/.sites/133/site536/web/cms/cms, referer: link to my side
the guestbook is visible in the frontend. i have idea where the problem is...

same issue on my pages! I havnt changed anything in the last days!

Ich habe das gleiche Problem, gibt es schon eine Lösung?

Könnte das Problem eventuell mit dem Captcha zu tun haben? DAs Bild wird nämlich nicht geladen und wenn man auf Reload klickt kommt: To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from www .google.com/recaptcha/admin/create

No I dont believe that reCaptcha is the problem. It will be loaded without issue on my site.

leider gibt es noch keine Lösung zu diesem Problem, habe auch in anderen Foren gepostet, bisher ohne Erfolg.

Hi, Options are rendered by Joomla! itself (for every component in Joomla!), so try:

- to check your Joomla! installation (if something is not missing)
- see forum.joomla.org - if there is no similar issue
- test all permission settings (see settings for the component)
- recaptcha does not have any influence in backend, so no, such problem cannot be related to recaptcha


Mostly some information should be stored in errorLog (or if you enable debug mode php error reporting, you should get some useful information )

Hi,

I have the same problem! I cant get an access to the frontend and backend of my guestbook. I get the error 403 forbidden. I looked at the folder rights and everything is ok. All other components and the joomla site itself are working perfect.

Can somebody please help me to solve the problem?
