Image not showing after upgrading to 3.2.1

I am having some problem with the image after upgrading to 3.2.1 I am using Joomla 2.5.6 and Phoca Gallery 3.2.1 and I am not able to see the uploaded picture. I checked my permission setttings and they all seems to be fine. Any idea as to what is causing this proble?
Images prior to upgrade are showing up fine but the ones after upgrade are the ones i am having problem with. I went into option and check all the settings, they seems to be set properly. I am I missing any setting that needs to be corrected?
