Nomore uploads from Frontend. why?

Hi,
I'm using Joomla 1.5 and Phoca 2 I could set up thank to this forum.
For some weeks everything worked perfectly, but one day I was in front of a folder in the frontend, with the upload section show below.
On my frontend I clicked by mistake the upload button, while the other fields were still empty, and since that moment each time I try to upload a picture, the file itself gets uploaded but It's not shown inside any gallery.
What can it be? how can I fix?
