Folder structur of subcategories created in fronted

Hi,
i have installed Phoca Gallery. If some users create a subcategory in frontend it works really good. But i have one problem. By creating one subcategory there will be created a new folder on my ftp server. But not in the right directory. Every subcategory i create, the folder will be created in images/phocagallery/"±subcategoryname".
Although the subcategory i want to create is in a directory like "Games/2012/", the folder will be not created in images/phocagallery/Games/2012 but in images/phocagallery/"*new foldername".
Is there any way to change it and to maintain the folder structur?
Thanks!

Hi, in frontend, the folder will be created only in root - because owner's categories are root only. You can create own folders where you need and set such folders in editing of category - as category folder.
See extensions - phoca gallery - category (edit) and set category folder.

Hmm.
I know that i can create main categories in backend. There i can create folders on my FTP server.
I try to explain my situation. On my new Homepage of our sportsclub the following folder tree will be found:
-Games
-2011/2012
-2012/2013
-... (future)
-Teams
-2011/2012
- Men 1
- Men 2
-2012/2013
- Men 1
- Men 2
-... (future)
-Events
-2011/2012
-2012/2013
-... (future)
In every Year there are subfolders. Like the team names for example "men1" , "men2" , "women 1"...
Now i have some registered users who can add in every category Pictures of some events or games. But by creating a new category in fronted there will be not created the folder of the ftp in for example: Games - 2012/2013 - Men1 but in root.
This user uploads his pictures into that new folder in root.
Your hint was now to edit the category folder in backend of joomla cms. But what happens with the pictures whicht were already uploaded into the root folder? I guess i have to move them all to the new folder which was created by me, or?
Isnt there another way to do that more comfortable? Maybe by editing the php script to create the new folder, which was created in frontend, in the right ftp folder?
Or maybe in future with an phoca gallery update?
Thanks

Hi,
we have several users in frontend. Our photoalbum does have the following structure:
-Games
- ...
- 2010/2011
- 2011/2012
- ...
-Teams
- ...
- 2010/2011
- 2011/2012
- ...
-Events
- ...
- 2010/2011
- 2011/2012
- ...
These are the maincategories. In every one of those categories the frontend users are able to create a new subcategory and to add their photos. If they create a new category in Games - 2011/2012 - "new folder", the new folder wont be created in Games - 2011/2012 - "new folder" on ftp server but on root/"new folder".
Now the question: Is it possible to maintain the folder structure on my ftp server? Maybe with a new update or an edited script?
Thanks!

Hi, there is no such feature, the ftp layer and database layer are independent (see similar posts in this forum) so this is not possible for now
