Greetings

I was wondering if there was a responsive pop up option for the gallery feature that will work on mobile devices such as the _ _? When I turn on light box, it doesn't rescale for the screen size and becomes 'frozen' as the controls don't render on the screen.

(or maybe just the pop-ups = image detailed view )

I am using the "Jtouch Mobile Template" for my Joomla 1.5 Template,
that is based on the very good jQuery Mobile -Framework
supporting most modern mobile targets / platforms

Is there already a template or other solution for mobile devices for phoca gallery ?

have you tried using shadow box. It works with my responsive template.

Phoca looks nice with shadowbox in thumbnail view on mobile devices . But it is not looking good in category view.
