Can't modify assets

Hi everyone,

I was trying to replace the "back" arrow with another image (thru FTP), but it's not letting me replace it or rename it. Actually, it's not even letting me upload anything else to that same folder. I checked the permissions on the folder and everything's in read/write is checked. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks

Hi, this can be caused by permissions/ownership problems - try to check if the files have the right permissions (e.g. if they were installed with ftp layer enabled, they should have the same ownership like your ftp account, if they were installed by php script, then seems like some problem with permissions - not possible change files with ftp x script)

Hi, FTP client shows the owner as www-data(33). Different from my other files/folders which are displayed as user(1007). Is there any way to go around this?

Thanks

Hi, I think this is more a question on web hosting provider - to get info which permissions and ownership data were used :-( :-( I have no experinces with this as on all servers I worked, the permissions were correctly set so I didn't solve similar problems yet :-(
