First of all, i want to thank the people of Phoca for their great scripts! The product i've downloaded and installed does exactly what i want. Really great thing!!!

Now, i'm making a website for the firefighters community in Belgium and i have a little problem with this...

The gallery itself works great but the first image is "empty" while it shouldn't (i don't know what the problem is) and the second problem is that i can't find the solution to make the gallery public so that everyone can see the pictures. Everytime some-one wants to see the pictures, i have to login again.

Is there any solution to solve this problem? I've searched around in the administrator tools but can't find it at all.

Hi, the gallery itself as default is public so just see the changes you made - set the access rights for public in administration by every category where this was changed.
