Pagination don't show correctly

I have upgraded a site from J1.5 to J2.5, Phoca Gallery is at version 3.2.1, Joomla at 2.5.6

We have a problem with the pagination, in the view of categories there is now a "Ordering" and a "Display Num" dropdown menus that we didn't have in the J1.5 version. I have tried to turn it of in the menu settings for the category but it seems to show up randomly anyway.

Then when clicking a Category to show the content of this category the pagination works in some categories and in some it doesn't. Were it doesn't work there isn't any pagination showing and no selection of how many pages to show.

In the settings we have 23 as pagination default to fill the space, 4 columns and 6 rows = Backbutton + 23 images.

I can't figure out what is wrong. On the pages were there is no pagination I can see in the code that it creates the DIV for the pagination but it is empty.

Site is http://www.dinjacka.se and Select "Bildgalleri" from the menu.

Thanks

Jan

Did some more with this and found out that sh404SEF was causing some of the problems. I have now got it to work with the pagination and it shows properly.

But there is still one problem and it is related to Phoca Gallery.

In the menusettings for menuchocie "Category View" in the basic options i have to turn everything to Display to have the pagination work properly. If I turn of the display for "Category View" and leave "Categories View" on the paginations is of on both views.

I don't want to display the "Ordering" and "Display Num" in Category View, if I turn them of they will also disapear in Categories View.

This must be a bug, or ...

Hi, depends on which Itemid (menu link) it is displayed, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -in-joomla (it is for 1.5 but this is working in 2.5 the same way for parameters basic not the parameters component)

So test e.g. disable the SEF and check Itemid - if the Itemid is really the one which is assigned to the parameters.
