My comments and ratings are not available. I have new installation 3.2.1 and I can't see 'Options' to setup ratings or comments. Any help? Thanks

you must be logged in with super user rights to see the "Option" Button.

Thanks Benno, but as you can see on the pic, I am logged in as super user, I installed it. Still can't see the options.

e.g. backend --> Content --> Article Manager --> Article Manager: Articles --> Options

Yes, I can in the Article manager.
I have tried on few computers, still no luck with ratings/comments options.

Actually I needed this to share an individual image on Facebook/twitter. Is there other way to do so, pls?

Unfortunately, no. (Or better, I don't know an other way...)
But please check again if you are really logged in with super user rights and not only with administator rights.
The reason of this question is: You can see joomla! "Options" Buttons with administator rights too, but Phoca Gallery "Options Button" is visible only with super user rights...
