Problem with "download image"

I use version 3.2.0 of PhocaGallery
I try to make the images downloadable (with its original size).
I HAVE TWO ISSUES:
whien I click on download-symbol error appears:
/images/phocagallery/categoryname/subcategoryname/imagetitle.jpg&phocadownload=1 the image appears in the navegator (but not with its original size).
Please, how can I fix this issues?

But when I delete &phocadownload=1 fromThe requested URL /images/phocagallery/categoryname/subcategoryname/imagetitle.jpg&phocadownload=1 was not found on this server.
/images/phocagallery/categoryname/subcategoryname/imagetitle.jpg&phocadownload=1 the image appears in the navegator (but not with its original size).
Please, how can I fix this issues?
