Phoca Gallery Radio BUttons

The radio buttons disappeared from the phoca gallery management. I am unable to edit or modify them now. Any idea's on how to fix this?

hi,
is it just happening in phoca gallery? or other components (eg articles) too? just images tab, or categories too?
also check the source code of that page, is code for the checkbox there?

Thanks for the response Reko.
It appears to be happening throughout the site. I thought it was only phoca gallery before. Do you think a Joomla update will correct the problem?
