I have a brand new Joomla 1.5.23 install with Phoca Gallery 2.6.2. Everything else on the site is perfectly fine, no problem's at all. When I try to go to Phoca I get a 500 error:

500 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: phocagallery,html,phocagalleryView

I'm still looking for the error logs for the site, it's a stupid GoDaddy shared hosting site and of course it's a pain hosting

Everything else work's fine, if you goto to contacts component just fine

No, I'm using the gallery modules, when you click it, they are supposed to popup and show the gallery. Do I have to create a menu then no matter what?

Yes, you need to create a menu link to get valid item IDs. (No error 500 or 404)
But you can hide the menu with the menu link to Phoca Gallery Component if you don't like it.
