PHP Fatal error

Hi!
I've just installed Phoca gallery plugin 3.2.0 (this: https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/1 ... ery-plugin) on Joomla 2.5.4.
The installation gone fine, no error or something strange.
Then I go to activate it from the Plugin Manager page, and the red button becomes green.
But I noticed that on the joomla menu, on components menu, there's no "Phoca Gallery" item, as it should be (I've already installed phoca gallery on other joomla sites).
So I go to see on the www folder, and I noticed that on components/ miss the "com_phocagallery" folder, and the same thing on administrator/components.
And obvioulsy, when I try to click the plugin page on the plugin manager page, I receive this 2 errors:
What's the matter? I've installed phocagallery other 3 or 4 times, and I've never received such error...
