Separation : messages and form

Hi,

I would like to separate form and messages. In a specific page, i just want to see messages. Is it possible ?

I agree it would be nicer, most people just reed the guestbook I have so a specific page for the form would be nice.

I have actually created two new layouts, one that displays the form, and one that displays the entries only. :twisted:

I will just add some more stuff like a thank you note when you have submitted your entry for example and then make the files available here per GPL requirements.

ok,

I thought about javascript solution... the form will be dispalyed as hidden and if user click on the link, it will be open ... the problem to do is my time yet ... :-(

This is a quick and dirty fix for you out there who want separated views.

Don't expect it to be perfect, it isn't. My time is limited as well. It does work for the site it is used on. :)

In the menu editor, you select the view you want, either display_entries or form. The default view is untouched.

Note I will not answer any questions about this, I release the source code because of GPL. Jan you can use the changes if you want to.
