Ok about Ie7 and Ie6 only a little problem with 10% of IE6 is difficult to see the news, is very strange, because only one computer with Ie6 not show.

Now i need to see the banner on the footer in template Ioco, do you have a solution?

Try to add the banner into the footer model position...
or new position must be done in the template (through html) in index.php - templates/index.php
