Category thumbnails randomly showing folder instead of thumbnails when refreshing the browser? The should randomly show a thumbnail, but one time shows thumb, hit refresh and shows folder icon. Any ideas? Latest version of joomla and phoca gallery.

this may be due to empty folders in those parents directory

So there has to be at least one image in each category? Or parent folder?

at least one img in every child categ.
