Unicode Aliases Problem in Phoca Gallery 3.1.5 (Images)

Hello!
I'm using Phoca Gallery 3.1.5 (3.2 beta - also tested) but didn't find any solution to solve the problem of unicode aliases while adding them to IMAGES. The menu items and categories have them, but Images -No.
System Info:
DataBase: MySQLi 5.1.41 utf8_general_ci
OS: FreeBSD 8.1
PHP: 5.2.10
Web ServerВеб Apache/1.3.37 (Unix)
Joomla! 2.5.3 Stable
Phoca Gallery 3.1.5
Internationalized Domain Name (somthing like - ПРЕЗИДЕНТ.РФ) - I wish, it would be mine
Symptoms:
1. While tiping them in cyrillic (manual adding) - it gives me someting like 2012-03-30-01-05-39.
2. While leaving the field of alias blank to auto fill in - it gives me the same issue 2012-03-30-01-05-39.
Any idea

Post Scriptum : the next few days I'll give more feedback concerning the phocagallery component, because there is room to emprove.
