Multiple Image Upload stopped working- Flash not installed

Hopefully posting in the right area.. forgive me if I'm not...
I set up the Phoca Gallery... Love this gallery by the way!
After setting it up, I set up a test account so I could test it outside of admin as a registered user.
Finally *seemed* to get all the settings right and was able to do multiple image upload from the frontend... not completely without problems, sometimes it would only upload like 5 of 8 photos, or sometimes it would give me an error, but the majority of the time it worked.
The other day, one of my members messaged me and said that she was getting the following message every time she went in to multiple upload:
You browser doesn't have Flash installed.
That was in IE, so I told her to try FF and she said the same message appeared.
I went back in to see if I was getting the same thing now, and I am. Now I am getting that message anytime I try the multiple image upload.
I can upload individual pictures ok, but if anyone knows or has a solution to how I can get this back on track... I would greatly appreciate it!
