really big photo's

I like Phoca very much, but am struggling to solve this problem. Preferably with Phoca....

I need to create a photo gallery, and Phoca is by far the best Joomla solution for it.
But ... in that gallery I need a few albums with really big photo's in 300 dpi print quality. Traffic is very light on it, but I do need that really big album. Phoca can't handle anything bigger than 2 MB. That's not a problem for my normal photo's but it certainly is for my 300 dpi albums.

Another solution might be to store everything big in Flickr and link it from there. But Phoca doesn't support Flickr. Is there any news on that, because lots of people would love to be able to use Flckr in Phoca.

Thanks for any help,

Jos

Hi,
Phoca can't handle anything bigger than 2 MB
Phoca does not handle any images on your server. It is your php server with GD library which handles images (creating thumbnails) and depends on server settings, which size it can handle.

Phoca supports Google Picasa and Facebook so you can store images on these servers (mainly Google Picasa should be the right solution)
