Hi,
i use the phoca Gallery modul under joomla 1.7.
It works fine......but
how can i (and other users) see who has the image uploaded!??

there is a column "uploaded by" in the "images" section in the control panel - does that help?

yes, but how can we see that?? That can i only see aas Admin- right??

Hi, uploaded by is displayed in overlib, this can be customized in the code and displaying can be set to other place.

ok, how can i see here (Frontend from Gallery) the uploader??

you have to customize the php file of your view:
com_phocagallery>views>categories>tmpl>default.php for the categories view
com_phocagallery>views>detail>tmpl>default.php for the detail view
try to add this code:

echo '<div><span style="float:right;">uploaded by <a href="/control-panel/userprofile/'.$this->item->userid.'">'.$this->item->username.'</a></span></div>';
this could be implemented in a next release for phocagallery maybe, anyway it works for me!

i don't know where you want to display it!
Then just try putting it in the middle of the php, then you'll find the div for you...
